Errata in respect of the first editions of Carter Blakelaw's books MIMH, RBGL and AIAI

The following editorial corrections are proposed between the first and second editions:

AIAI - chapter one, p19: "are also laid down as memories" should be "can be reproduced via memories"

AIAI - chapter one, p21, "it is possible that we recall and re-experience the pain" should be "we are able to regenerate and re-experience the pain"
